Cornell Manure Management Program
This site is a clearinghouse for manure management and treatment information focusing primarily on anaerobic digestion and composting of dairy manure in NY State.  This site has an extensive listing of links for information on all aspects of manure management from regulations and policy in NY State to ongoing university research.

Cornell Waste Management Institute
This website contains information on the research, training, outreach, and technical assistance of the Cornell Waste Management Institute which focuses on solids waste disposal, management and planning.  This site contains extensive information on manure composting and includes a link to the co-composter model for site-specific composting analysis.  Data from the co-composter model may be helpful for completion of the financial model associated with this project.

Environmental Protection Agency
This is a joint US Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy website that focuses on energy production from anaerobic digestion.  This site contains a full list of digester technology providers in the US, a guide to operating digesters, as well as a computer model for site specific anaerobic digestion.  Data from the AgStar Farmware modeling program may be helpful for completion of the financial model associated with this project.

Natural Resource, Agriculture & Engineering Service
This is the website for the Natural Resource, Agriculture & Engineering Service which is sponsored by cooperative extension of 14 land grant universities of the east and northeast US.  This site offers many manure management publications for sale (at nominal costs) relating to manure management including publications on anaerobic digestion, manure storage and liquids spreading.

Cornell University’s PRO-DAIRY
This is Cornell University’s PRO-DAIRY website.  PRO-DAIRY is a NY State dairy industry education program who’s mission is to facilitate New York State economic development by increasing profitability and competitiveness of its dairy industry.  This site offers a wide range of tools and advice for the NY dairy farmer ranging from facilities engineering and herd health to human resources and farm management.
