Project Objective
Assist NY dairy producers in implementing value-added manure management strategies by providing

1. Technical evaluation assistance for manure management methods,

2. Economic analysis of technologies, and

3. Business plan development assistance.

Financial Analysis Model
A down-loadable MS Excel spreadsheet model to assist dairy producers in analyzing the economics of applying one or more of the manure management technologies outlined above.  Inputs are required for each of the selected technologies.  Outputs include three years of pro-forma financials including income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
